      HOW DO I KNOW I AM BUYING GENUINE MOREL SPEAKERS FROM AN AUTHORIZED ON-LINE SELLER?

      A number of Australian dealers are authorized to sell on-line through their own web site or through e-Bay, there are also a number of e-Bay stores that are not authorized and are selling counterfeit / fake Morel speakers,
      Generally the biggest giveaway that a product is fake is a massively discounted price,
      if in doubt please email R.M. Audio, we will be pleased to confirm if you are dealing with a legitimate dealer.

      CAN I SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR WARRANTY IN AUSTRALIA FOR GENUINE MOREL SPEAKERS PURCHASED ON-LINE FROM OVERSEA?

      If you have purchased genuine Morel speakers from an authorized overseas reseller we will do our best to assist you in the unlikely even you have an issue, however the final decision on the eligibility for warranty will rest with Morel Israel.
      R.M. Audio will not be held liable for any delay in providing a warranty replacement, any costs associated with the importation of any replacement or the cost of  shipping to you your warranty claim. Where charges are applicable all charges will be payable in advance. 
      It is always best to buy local.

    WARRANTY

      WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON MOREL CAR AUDIO PRODUCTS

      All Morel car audio products are guaranteed to be defect free for a period of twelve (12) months from the time of purchase, warranty is not transferable and applies to the original installation only.  Products that have been used outside the manufacturers recommendations are void of warranty. 
      Burnt voice coils or products that have been altered or modified in any way are void of warranty.

      HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

      Should you have any issue with a Morel product your first call should be to the dealer you purchased it from.
      When your dealer submits a claim to R.M. Audio they are required to have a copy of your proof of purchase submitted with it.

      WHAT IF I NO LONGER LIVE NEAR THE DEALER I PURCHASED FROM, WHAT DO I DO?

      Not a problem, you can submit a warranty claim through any Morel reseller, however you may be charged for removal, refit and shipping of your claim to our office, just remember you will need to submit a copy of your original purchase receipt along with your claim.

      CAN I SUBMIT MY WARRANTY CLAIM DIRECT TO R.M. AUDIO?

      No, all warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized reseller, ideally through the shop you made your purchase from.

    EXPORT SALES

      DOES R.M. AUDIO SELL OR EXPORT MOREL PRODUCT TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

      We are not sanctioned by Morel to sell product outside of Australia and New Zealand under any circumstances.
